Celebrating all things Italian

Coopers have teamed up with Bath Life magazine, Pasta Laboratory’s Federico and Smeg to offer our customers a truly wonderful competition prize. The competition winner will receive two tickets to Federico’s new pasta cooking school - This class will cover the art of making fresh pasta with Federico and his crew. You will learn how to make Tagliatelle and Tagliolini, with a teaser of how to fold fresh-filled tortelli. Guests will then cook their own creations at the Laboratory accompanied by a selection of homemade sauces. In the words of Federico himself...

“Pasta Laboratory provides culinary experiences to get people together, re-discover the power of food, and its simplicity in working magic among friends and strangers. Even though our speciality is fresh pasta, we believe that our brand should promote all foods worldwide. This is why we collaborate with other food specialists to offer a never-ending variety of experiences. We do the pasta, our friends do the rest!”

If that wasn’t enough, the competition winner will also receive one of Smeg’s iconic stand mixers worth £499.95*. With a retro inspired look and robust design, the SMF03 stand mixer is an essential in any kitchen, perfect for all of your baking and food preparation needs. It's 4.8 litre stainless steel bowl provides a large capacity for mixing or kneading and die cast aluminium body ensures this product is built to last.
