INDUCTION OR GAS HOB
The induction hob features five cooking zones, with two equipped with a bridging option, making it perfect for griddles, large pans, or fish kettles. Each zone also includes a boost function for maximum power output.
Induction cooking is fast, responsive, and highly controllable, which is why it's gaining popularity. The Masterchef Deluxe induction hob is not only easy to clean but also safe to use, as its surface stays relatively cool, making it ideal for busy family environments.
For the dual fuel models, there are five brass gas burners. The impressive 5 kW central burner is excellent for wok cooking or handling large pans. These powerful burners deliver the perfect heat for various cooking needs, and the cast iron pan supports provide a spacious and stable cooking area.

- Browning (applies only top-heat for toasting, crisping or browning dishes)
